Constructed in the heart of one of Mumbai's most prized areas of real estate, Vivarea Tower presides over 14 acres of prime real estate overlooking the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea. This coveted residence required a sophisticated 100-page presenter that would detail the host of amenities on offer, along with a newspaper spread and printed invitations to herald its launch.
